Goods in the shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

The crystal effects and descriptions on this website are not accurate science. All content is for reference only. Natural defects in crystal products are not quality issues. Please purchase with caution if you mind.
g. Product description
Cwycrystal will make every effort to ensure that the content and product descriptions of this website are accurate and complete. However, we do not guarantee that the content and product descriptions are accurate, complete, current, or error-free. In addition, since each natural stone product is unique and it is difficult to unify the appearance, one or more pieces will be randomly selected for shooting. We will try our best to maintain the integrity of the product appearance, and customers cannot choose each piece.
h. Natural defects
Because it is a natural stone, the color and crystal quality of each bead cannot be the same, and there will be some defects such as ice cracks, cotton wool, uneven size, mineral defects, black spots, flat heads and impurities. Before production, beads with good appearance are selected first, and customers cannot select each bead or each string.
i. Bead size deviation
The beads size of each batch may vary slightly, maybe 0.1-0.5mm.
j. Style Changes
Since handmade products need to be made to fit your hand size, we may make minor adjustments to the design (e.g. adding or removing beads) based on your hand size. If the design changes are not too big, we will not notify you in advance.
k. Color difference problem
The products will be photographed as realistically as possible. However, due to factors such as shooting light and screen equipment, there may be slight deviations between the pictures and the actual products.
l. Customized products
We will produce according to the style discussed when placing the order. After production is completed, we will take photos for the customer to confirm. If minor changes are required, they must be made immediately. After the style is confirmed, no changes can be made.
m. Price
The prices indicated on this website are in Hong Kong dollars. Unless there is a manifest error, by accepting your order you agree to pay the prices displayed on this Website. We endeavour to ensure that all prices displayed on this website are accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all prices are correct and reserve the right to correct any errors. If we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be given the option of reconfirming or canceling your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.
If your credit card / debit card is not denominated in Hong Kong dollars, the final charge will be calculated in your account currency by your card issuing bank based on the applicable exchange rate on the day the transaction is processed.
n. Payment method
This website accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Shop Pay, PayMe, BoC Pay, UnionPay QuickPass, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay, FPS, Octopus and bank transfer.
By using the above credit card/debit card and online payment method, you confirm that you are the owner of the credit card/debit card account or are authorized by the owner to use the card. If your credit/debit card issuer refuses to authorize payment to Cwycrystal, we will not be responsible for any delay or suspension of delivery.
o. Acceptance of order
Once you enter your personal information, payment information and submit your order, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your order. This email only confirms receipt of the order and does not constitute acceptance of the order. When we send you an email confirming that the goods have been shipped, it means that your order has been accepted. Cwycrystal reserves the right to decide not to accept the order for any reason at its own discretion. The reasons include but are not limited to one of the following:
The item you ordered is out of stock; it does not meet our quality standards; it is withdrawn because one or all of the ordered items violate the delivery restrictions; we discovered an error in the price or product description; we were unable to obtain payment authorization; or you do not meet the purchase qualifications set out in the Terms of Service.
